Comfortable beds and kind staff

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was clean. I appreciated having a mini fridge and TV for a pleasant stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Good Wi-Fi, friendly staff, but no in-room coffee makers was disappointing.

The location was a key draw,, with plenty of outdoor activities nearby. The service felt personalized, thanks to a friendly desk clerk who promptly accommodated our room changes.

The decor desperately needs updating. Also, charging for pets was unclear and pricey, which detracted from the overall experience.

The room was clean and provided a comfortable space for a night. Having a mini fridge was nice for keeping drinks cold, but the AC struggled to cool the room effectively. A better breakfast setup would enhance the experience, as there was no coffee available in the morning.

Older hotel, but clean rooms.

I had a cozy night with clean linens and a mini fridge that kept my drinks cold. The BBQ area was lovely, and hanging out by the fire pit was a nice way to unwind. The bathroom could've used a bit more attention, but it didn’t hinder my positive experience at all. 😊

during my stay in challis, this place surprised me with clean rooms and comfy beds. the mini fridge was handy for storing drinks, and the price was fair for what we got. even though the decor was dated, the overall experience was positive and exceeded my expectations for a quick getaway.

I had a great time staying here, especially loved that it was just a short drive to Challis Hot Springs and the Bayhorse Ghost Town, making it super easy to incorporate both into my weekend strolls and explorations.

The Northgate Inn Motel worked fine for a night. The bed felt cozy, and the room had a clean vibe. I really liked the mini fridge for my drinks. The staff added a nice touch, being super kind and helpful. But, the Wi-Fi didn’t hold up very well, which was frustrating. The AC struggled a bit, too. I felt it could have cooled the room better. Towels were pretty thin, not what I expected. The decor showed its age, but it didn’t bother me much. For the price, it’s a decent spot if you're not too picky.
